We are seeking an experienced Optical Manager to join this growing private practice. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the optical department, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical sales and management, combined with a passion for helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the optical sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Manage inventory levels and ensure the optimal selection of frames and lenses. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience. Benefits

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading optical sales teams. Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Desire to work in a medical environment and help patients. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in optical sales and management is required. Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of optical products and trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
