Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Memphis, TN. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, managing lease administration, promoting resident satisfaction, building strong relationships with residents, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, assisting prospective and current residents, processing lease agreements, and supporting leasing goals to maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing leases, lease administration, and related documentation.
Experience in resident retention and fostering positive tenant relationships.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of property management practices or real estate experience is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software or related systems is an advantage.
