We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join our Media team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting both digital and traditional media campaigns while providing valuable exposure to media reporting, planning, and analytics. You'll work alongside our Media Strategists and Buyers to assist in executing multi-channel campaigns that drive results for a variety of clients. Key Responsibilities Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and performance monitoring across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic) Lead data entry for platform migration project Support traditional media efforts, including coordinating placements for TV, radio, print, and out-of-home (OOH) Compile and maintain weekly and monthly campaign reports across digital and traditional channels Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, CTR, conversions, and ROAS Conduct competitive media research and audience analysis to support planning decisions Assist with media buy documentation, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking Collaborate with team members to QA ads, ensure accurate placement, and meet deadlines
