About This Role This is not a passive “follow up and see what happens” role.

This is a high-performance sales position focused on:

Nurturing warm and cold leads

Handling objections confidently

Reframing hesitation

Creating ethical urgency

Guiding uncertain prospects toward confident decisions

You will be responsible for booking a minimum of

40+ qualified Discovery Visits per month

while maintaining exceptional show rates and booking quality.

This role requires disciplined outbound activity, strategic follow-up, emotional intelligence, and strong sales backbone.

If you are only comfortable closing “already sold” leads, this is not the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain 80–100 strategic outbound touchpoints per day across calls, texts, emails, and video messages

Execute structured 8–12 touch follow‑up sequences before disqualifying leads

Proactively nurture both new and older leads until a clear decision is reached

Confidently handle objections around cost, time, skepticism, and past failed treatments

Set strong expectations during booking to protect show rates

Confirm appointments and reinforce commitment prior to arrival

Track and improve lead‑to‑booking conversion rates

Accurately document all communication in our CRM

Continuously improve performance through weekly coaching and call review

What Success Looks Like Within 90 days:

40+ qualified Discovery Visit bookings per month

Consistent 80–100 strategic outbound touchpoints per day

Strong objection handling and decision guidance

Clean and accurate CRM documentation

90% Discovery Visit arrival rate

Within 12 months:

Consistent KPI achievement

Improved lead‑to‑booking conversion rate

High‑quality bookings that convert to evaluations and care plans

Meaningful contribution to overall company growth

Skills & Experience Required

2+ years of B2C inside sales or appointment‑setting experience

Demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding booking KPIs

Strong objection‑handling ability

Experience with CRM systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High emotional intelligence with strong accountability

Bonus if you have worked in:

Health, wellness, or elective medical

Cash‑based healthcare

High‑ticket coaching or service‑based sales

Compensation Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 depending on experience

Uncapped commission

On‑target earnings: $75,000–$95,000+

Top performers who exceed booking and conversion goals have higher earning potential.
