Staffing Consultant (Full Desk)
Location: Cypress, Texas Pay: $17/hr base + Profit Sharing (available after 90-day performance review) Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, weekends as needed Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy, resilient Full Desk Staffing Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for both business development (securing industrial and commercial clients) and talent acquisition (sourcing and placing qualified candidates). Core Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and cold-call commercial/industrial companies to secure new staffing contracts and job orders. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, interview, and vet candidates for various roles, ensuring a high-quality match for client needs. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate applicant records, process payroll information, and ensure all placements meet regulatory and safety standards. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues regarding site safety, attendance, and performance. Safety Coordination: Verify that candidates possess necessary certifications (e.g., Forklift, OSHA 10, or MSHA) before dispatching to job sites. Key Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in staffing, sales, or high-volume administrative coordination (e.g., Project Coordination or HR Coordination). Communication: Exceptional phone presence and the ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite executives and floor-level workers. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to support our diverse workforce.
