We are seeking a Staffing Consultant who thrives in a fast paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates and then matching these candidates with companies that have administrative, financial, manufacturing, and light industrial needs. The Staffing Consultant will assist with payroll and branch accounting functions as well. The ideal Staffing Consultant has previous staffing or recruiting experience, is bilingual in Spanish, has previous payroll experience and delivers exceptional customer service and time management skills. The Staffing Consultant position is a full-time, in office, direct hire position with an outstanding team in Omaha, NE. Staffing Consultant Duties & Responsibilities: Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent Perform Payroll Functions For The Branch Perform Reference & Background Checks Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Prescreen For Core Positions Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients Staffing Consultant Requirements & Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required AA Required, Bachelor’s Highly Desirable 3+ Years of Light Industrial Recruiting Preferred Previous Payroll Experience Highly Preferred Must be Able to Type 50 WPM Superb Attention to Detail & Time Management Skills Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Solid Understanding of MS Office & Excel
