Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented SMB Account Executive to support our Sales organization. This role will play a key part in advancing InvoiceCloud’s mission to drive digital transformation for clients and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will operate as a proactive, trusted partner—capable of managing a full sales cycle, collaborating across teams, and maintaining the high standardsof professionalism and innovation that define InvoiceCloud culture.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Seaport office, combining the flexibility of remote work with the energy and collaboration of in‑office days.

Drive new business growth by prospecting into a named account list and identifying qualified opportunities.
Consistently achieve or exceed quota targets through disciplined pipeline management and deal execution.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate value and drive conversion.
Use Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track sales activities with precision.
Customer‑Centric
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to drive trust and long‑term value.
Leverage partner relationships to generate referrals and new opportunities.
Apply consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and seamless onboarding experiences.
Takes Ownership
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract execution with accountability for outcomes.
Independently manage time, priorities, and sales activities while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Engage decision‑makers at multiple levels using strong communication and presentation skills.
Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation (e.g., CRM intelligence, prospecting tools) to improve pipeline efficiency, prioritization, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in quota‑carrying sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or enterprise IT.
Strong prospecting skills and comfort engaging decision‑makers at multiple levels.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
High energy, self‑motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Compensation
Base salary $65,000 - $70,000 USD.
