We’re looking for a driven, consultative seller who thrives on outbound, engages strategically, and turns technical solutions into real business impact. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in multi-state territory Build and manage a 4x pipeline; consistently generate new opportunities weekly Drive thoughtful, personalized outreach Lead impactful discovery using MEDDICC and uncover real business needs Run compelling demos and translate technical solutions into ROI Sell to senior stakeholders (Directors → C-Suite) across IT, Ops, and Support Expand and retain accounts while driving referrals What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales success Strong outbound skills—you create pipeline, not wait for it Technical fluency (networking, servers, hosted solutions) without needing to be an engineer Confident presenter—polished, clear, and persuasive Coachable, curious, and highly accountable Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo Why Join Us Ongoing coaching + modern sales tools Cross-functional collaboration that actually moves deals forward Opportunity to grow, own your territory, and make real impact Hybrid opportunity: in-office in Lenexa Tuesday–Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday If you’re a proactive hunter who can balance strategy with execution—and you’re ready to win—submit your resume!
