Territory Account Manager within CA, NV, UT, & AZ

New Generation Supplements – home of SmartLic and HorsLic – is hiring a Territory Account Manager Key Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers. Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, marketing, production, logistics, and technical service teams. Analyze the territory market to determine potential and set expectations for current customers and prospects. Plan and organize personal sales strategies to optimize time investment. Stay updated on product applications, technical information, market conditions, competitive activities, and new product opportunities. Develop presentation skills to effectively communicate at distributor, dealer, and producer levels. Develop annual tonnage/expense budgets and other requested reports. Participate in trade shows and conventions. Skills and Qualifications Prioritization Skills Ability to work well under pressure. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Commitment to meeting all obligations and deadlines. Customer Service Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering recommendations, and providing solutions. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner. Assist customers with training and technical support. Requirements/Working Conditions Frequent travel is required, with 2 to 3 nights out each week being typical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license required.
