Growth Marketing Lead Consultant

About the role We are seeking a data‑obsessed performance marketer to serve as our Growth Marketing Lead Consultant to cover a 12‑week maternity leave. Your primary mission is to maintain our growth momentum by optimizing our current performance marketing stack, lowering customer acquisition cost (CAC), and identifying hidden efficiencies within our paid and organic channels. This position is available as a Remote role within the United States, or Hybrid in our Omaha, NE or San Francisco, CA offices. Responsibilities Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize a monthly budget across Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (TikTok, Meta), and Affiliate Partners to meet strict CAC and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets. Monitor daily performance dashboards and use data to identify leaks in the funnel, reallocating spend from underperforming campaigns to high‑efficiency winners. Execute A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. Conduct a deep‑dive audit of existing campaigns week‑to‑week to identify immediate low‑hanging fruit for cost savings. Collaborate with sales, product, and data science teams to detect inefficiencies within the customer funnel and improve down‑funnel conversions. Report to the executive team and President, providing weekly high‑level briefings on channel performance, budget efficiency, and funnel health, translating raw data into actionable business recommendations. Qualifications 4+ years in Growth or Performance Marketing with a proven track record of managing monthly marketing spend of $500k or more. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools such as Mode.com or comparable. Optimized for a successful sale, not just a lead—track and monitor the full funnel to ensure that a decrease in top‑of‑funnel costs does not result in a decrease in application quality, approval rates, or conversion. Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager. Other Compensation Information Pursuant to California Labor Code 432.3, the hourly pay range for this position is $50 - $55/hr. This range reflects the base hourly compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for the role.
