Customer Support Representative
(On‑Site – Daleville, IN) We’re supporting a major banking acquisition this spring, and we’re looking for dependable Customer Support Representatives to help guide customers through the transition. This is an on‑site, high‑volume call center role where you’ll assist customers as they move to a new banking system, products, and processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need help with things like new debit cards, activation, online banking setup, login issues, and general account questions. If you enjoy problem‑solving, staying calm under pressure, and providing a positive experience even when callers are frustrated, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do Support customers as they transition to a new banking platform Assist with debit card activation, online banking setup, and account access Troubleshoot login issues and answer general account questions Follow required verification steps and established procedures Navigate multiple systems while on calls Maintain professionalism and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience Strong reliability and consistent attendance Ability to stay calm and professional with upset callers Comfortable working in a high‑volume, computer‑based call center Basic typing and multitasking skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Nice to Have Previous inbound/outbound call center experience Experience using call center tools or online systems
