What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience Strong reliability and punctuality—consistent attendance is essential Comfortable taking back-to-back calls in a busy call center setting Ability to remain calm and professional with frustrated or upset callers Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to multitask across systems Willingness to follow processes and learn new systems during training Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have Previous inbound or outbound call center experience Experience working with online tools or customer support systems
