is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a reputable growing organization. This analyst will be part of the healthcare Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting internal clients, identifying business opportunities by partnering with internal stakeholders and building robust models to measure and forecast the execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor business lines and programs to evaluate adherence to established plans and goals, inclusive of in-depth variance and trend analysis. Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling to promote efficient financial operations and implement new initiatives. Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs and drive improvements in management reporting including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards. Participate in enterprise projects to improve data [operational and financial] infrastructure. Lead recurring financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Assist leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses & solution development.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience, with superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with visualization and analytics software such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau or Qlik Sense preferred. Working understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and mechanics required. Experience with business case analysis and financial model development required. Project management experience preferred. Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate financial and operational information
