About the Role UL Solutions is seeking a

PLM Product Owner

to join the

Business Transformation team’s Digitalization workstream . This role represents the

business voice for a defined set of Siemens Teamcenter capabilities , ensuring that requirements, designs, and delivered functionality meet business needs and operate effectively in practice. This is a

business‑side role , not an IT or technical configuration position. The Product Owner works closely with

IT delivery teams, implementation partners, and business subject‑matter experts

to validate that Teamcenter solutions support real service delivery workflows and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do Provide Business Leadership for the Teamcenter Platform Serve as L ead business Product Owner

for Siemens Teamcenter within Digitalization. Guide prioritization across

multiple Teamcenter capability areas . Facilitate the definition, clarification, and prioritization of

Teamcenter‑specific business requirements . Ensure requirements support

future‑state service delivery , not legacy or document‑centric processes. Act as the escalation point for business design conflicts and tradeoffs. Shape and Validate Solution Direction Review and validate proposed Teamcenter designs to ensure they will work operationally. Provide business‑side input on: Workflow sequencing and lifecycle states Business rule intent and enforcement EBOM and configurable / 150% BOM concepts Compliance‑driven behaviors embedded in workflows Identify misalignments early and work collaboratively to resolve them. Challenge designs that risk over‑customization or local optimization. Translate operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Ensure compliance‑driven service delivery, traceability, and evidence reuse. Collaborate with adjacent workstreams to align requirements and outcomes. Promote data‑driven, auditable processes embedded in PLM workflows. Cross‑Workstream Alignment & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with process owners and functional subject matter experts to elicit and document comprehensive business requirements for the implementation of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system Collaborate with other Business Transformation and Digitalization workstreams on: End‑to‑end process flows Data alignment and dependencies Governance and policy impacts Reinforce a continuous improvement mindset and long‑term adoption focus.

What You Bring Required Extensive business‑side experience with

Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations Demonstrated leadership in requirements ownership and acceptance across complex PLM scopes Strong understanding of: Teamcenter workflows, lifecycles, and governance EBOM and configurable / 150% BOM strategies Compliance and regulated service delivery needs Proven ability to influence across functions without formal technical authority Preferred Experience serving as lead Product Owner or functional lead in enterprise transformation programs Exposure to standards‑driven certification, testing, or compliance environments Experience managing cross‑workstream dependencies and escalation

Lead Business Transformation Product Owner role , accountable for aligning Siemens Teamcenter PLM delivery with UL Solutions’ long‑term digital and service delivery transformation strategy.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $113,000 to $150,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
