We are a growing brand in the home appliances and health & wellness space, looking for an on-site

Product Designer

to help lead both

new product development

and

improvements to existing products

across our humidifier and home electronics line.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning customer feedback into better products. You will work closely with HQ, Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations to improve product usability, shape the customer journey, strengthen product education, and support successful launches from concept through execution.

What You’ll Do

Support the development of new products from concept through launch Improve existing products based on customer feedback, reviews, and operational insights Help design and refine packaging and unboxing experiences Map the customer journey and identify ways to improve usability and overall product experience Conduct consumer research and translate insights into product improvements Build and test prototypes to validate ideas and product enhancements Partner cross-functionally with HQ, Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations to turn feedback into clear action Improve product instructions, education materials, and other tools that help customers get the most out of our products Contribute to product launch readiness, including cross-functional coordination and execution support Support accessories and add-on development where relevant Provide input on PDP content across channels like Amazon and Shopify to ensure product benefits and usage are clearly communicated Help organize and move projects forward across teams with strong attention to detail and follow-through

What Success Looks Like

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in product design or a related field Background in one or more of the following: consumer products, physical products, home appliances, electronics, industrial design, UX/customer journey, DTC product development, or agency/consulting work Experience with

prototype development Experience with

packaging design Experience with

UX and user journey mapping Experience with

consumer research Strong

project management

and cross-functional coordination skills Ability to move between product thinking and hands-on execution Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with multiple teams on-site Strong taste, curiosity, and attention to the details that shape the customer experience

Nice to Have

Experience working with overseas manufacturers or factory partners Experience in home appliances, humidifiers, or health and wellness products Familiarity with Amazon or DTC product development environments Experience improving instructions, product education, or customer onboarding materials

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
