Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., a premier Long Island law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and/or residential real estate transactions. The position involves work on purchases, sales, mortgages, leasing and finance.

Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions focusing on acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing. Draft, review and negotiate commercial real estate contracts. Conduct thorough due diligence on corporate documents, deeds, mortgages, titles, and surveys. Oversee transactions from inception through closing.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in general and commercial Real Estate. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred. Admission to the New York State Bar. Excellent writing, research and communication skills.
Our firm offers a comprehensive package that includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus program, business origination compensation and healthcare benefits.
Target Hiring Range: $130,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, and relevant skills.
