What You'll Be Doing Perform general labor duties to support daily plant, yard, or site operations Load, unload, sort, and move materials safely and efficiently Assist with equipment operation, cleanup, and basic maintenance tasks Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, team-oriented workplace Support production and site needs to help meet operational goals Operating a man-lift, skid steer and front-end loader
What Are We Looking For Ability to perform physical tasks safely and consistently throughout the workday Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow procedures Dependable, team-focused approach with a positive work ethic Ability to understand and carry out instructions effectively Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment Ability to work overtime when needed
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
