Employee Relations Coordinator

Job Category: Administration Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / Hour Our Perks: Generous PTO plans, sick pay and health benefits Annual bonus based on employment standing* Work from home and hybrid model employment Confie Enablement Fund/ Scholarship Program I-Care Recognition Program Corporate Social Responsibility Program Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives Confie Hub and Discount Programs (Gym Membership) Purpose: Perform a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organization's employee relations function Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Daily management of the employee relations email inbox through documentation, responding to employee requests, triaging emails to the appropriate departments, and escalating employee concerns or accountability requests to senior members of employee relations Answer the employee relations telephone hotline Unemployment responses and tracking HR mail processing Assist in the investigation audits Maintain personnel records or other employee information that is accurate, complete, and fulfills legal requirements Respond to standard requests for employee records based on the established guidelines and refer more complex or confidential inquiries to management Maintain a repository of forms, handbooks, policies, or other documents that are needed by employees Qualifications and Education Requirements: 0-3 years of HR experience HR Certification, a plus (HRCI or SHRM) Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to effectively multitask several projects Ability to work independently Ability to work with confidential information Preferred Skills: Critical attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity in working with HRIS; UKG is a plus Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
