Commercial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager , you'll be responsible for driving business growth by securing and managing commercial HVAC projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: ???? Conduct
on-site client meetings
to assess needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions. ???? Develop and maintain strong relationships with
general contractors, builders, and business owners . ???? Create
detailed HVAC system designs and proposals
based on client needs. ???? Deliver
professional presentations
showcasing our solutions and services. ????
Follow up
with clients to review proposals, answer questions, and close deals. ????
Manage projects end-to-end
- from planning and procurement to execution and completion. ???? Track project costs, generate
profit & loss reports , and ensure
on-time, on-budget delivery . Who We're Looking For

3+ years of experience
in commercial HVAC engineering design, estimating, or project management. ????
Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- you don't miss a thing! ????
Excellent communicator
- you can clearly convey complex information to clients and team members. ????
Strong problem-solver
- you anticipate challenges and find solutions fast. ????
Sense of urgency
