Job Description
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience (currently enrolled or completed) 1 to 2 years of experience in enterprise IT support environments Availability to travel 0 to 10 percent of the time English and Spanish are pluses Main Responsibilities: Prepare low complexity quotes on demand according to predefined models and pricing guidelines. Collect and validate pricing information from suppliers, distributors, and internal systems. Support the Pre-Sales team in creating and updating basic material lists (BOM). Ensure all estimates follow internal standards, margin goals, and approval processes. Maintain organized documentation for quotes, proposals, and price updates. Assist in entering and updating data in CRM/Salesforce or other internal commercial tools. Coordinate with purchasing or engineering teams to obtain standard information or clarifications. Deliver quick and accurate responses to internal stakeholders, respecting established SLAs. Support continuous improvement of pricing processes and models. Learn and develop fundamental technical and commercial competencies related to structured cabling, networks, AV (audio and video), and physical security.
