A mission-driven hospitality and retreat organization is seeking a Marketing Administrator/Specialist to support executive leadership in driving awareness, bookings, and overall utilization. This role blends marketing, administrative support, and strategic coordination, working closely with a volunteer-based executive team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with senior stakeholders while supporting a wide range of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Development
Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets for executive outreach
Develop templates and collateral to support sales efforts across corporate, nonprofit, and community segments
Assist with social media content, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
Maintain and update website content and promotional materials
Strategy & Outreach Support
Conduct research to identify prospective clients, partners, and target markets
Support development and execution of strategies to increase bookings and utilization
Assist in building relationships with key customer segments including corporate groups, schools, and nonprofits
Help create retreat program templates and sample agendas for prospective clients
Operations & Administrative Support
Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare materials for presentations and outreach
Track and report on marketing performance, inquiries, and conversion metrics
Support implementation and management of CRM or tracking systems
Assist with coordinating communications and follow-ups with prospective clients
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or related field
Experience in hospitality, nonprofit, education, or mission-driven environments preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Zoom
Exposure to CRM systems or willingness to support implementation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
