Responsibilities Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing web data, and implementing online marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand presence, monitor campaign performance, and ensure alignment with client goals. Additional tasks may include staying updated on industry trends and identifying new opportunities for digital engagement.
Paid Ads Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram); LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization
Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion performance
SEO Support content strategy using keyword research and search intent
Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical SEO health
Collaborate with content and web teams to improve organic performance
Reporting & Client Communication Create and present monthly performance reports for paid ads and SEO
Translate data into insights clients can easily understand
Track KPIs across Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
Provide recommendations and next steps based on performance trends
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO
Experience in Social Media Marketing
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and ranking factors
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
Experience working in an agency setting is advantageous
Ability to commute to our Boca Raton office.
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Bonus Points if you have... Google Ads, GA4, or SEO certifications
Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Looker Studio
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) or landing page experience
Local SEO experience (Google Business Profile optimization)
