Role Overview We are hiring an Analyst to support the Business Development strategy and senior management at CFM. This role is responsible for driving strategic Business Development initiatives while maintaining alignment with key objectives. You will be responsible for requirements documentation, project tracking and delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all departments at the firm. The role focuses on management reporting, KPI tracking, project coordination, meeting management, and executive presentation support. The successful candidate is proactive, highly organized, analytical, and comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex activity into clear, decision-ready outputs. Base salary 85-120 K-USD + variable compensation + competitive benefits package
Key Responsibilities Reporting & Business Insights
Deliver regular and ad-hoc management reporting (weekly/monthly dashboards, performance and operational updates)
Collaborate across teams
Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, audience-appropriate, and highlight key themes, trends, and actions
Maintain strong data integrity, documentation, and version control
KPI Tracking & Dashboards
Track and contribute to KPIs/operational metrics with stakeholders (e.g., productivity, throughput, cycle times, risk/compliance, pipeline)
Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards (Excel /Tableau)
Identify variances and recurring issues; provide practical, actionable recommendations
Project Coordination
Track business initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Maintain and monitor project plans
Drive progress via action tracking, follow-ups, and accountability
Support process improvement by documenting workflows and enabling efficient practices
Meeting Management
Own structure and logistics for recurring forums (business reviews, KPI reviews, project check-ins)
Create agendas and circulate pre-reads; capture minutes, decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines
Maintain action logs and ensure follow-through to completion
Executive Communication & Presentations
Build/refine executive-level PowerPoint decks for leadership updates and strategic initiatives (and board/investor-related materials as needed)
Turn complex information into clear narratives, charts, and concise summaries
Draft communications on behalf of the business head (status notes, recaps) where appropriate
Business Head Support
Act as a trusted partner: anticipate needs, prioritize requests, and manage deadlines
Support planning for offsites and quarterly/strategic planning activities
Serve as a coordination point to streamline cross-team communication
Preferred Qualifications Ideally 13 years in a Business Analyst, Business Management, COO office, Strategy/Operations, or Project Coordination role (financial services strongly preferred)
College graduates may apply if other qualifications are met
Strong capability in reporting, data organization, and executive communication
Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, data cleaning; macros a plus)
Strong PowerPoint skills producing polished, executive-ready materials
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a hedge fund/asset manager/investment bank or similar high-performance environment
Familiarity with Tableau and/or basic SQL, Python and GenAI tools
Exposure to tools such as Jira and Confluence
