As the Social Media Marketing Lead at Social Catfish, you will work with the manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, focusing on growing our influencer program. You will enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned social media professional who has a proven track record in understanding social media algorithms, has hands‑on experience with testing and optimization, and can lead a team to success. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development : Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience, with a specific emphasis on growing and nurturing our influencer program. Content Creation : Oversee the creation of engaging, high‑quality content that resonates with our target audience, including but not limited to images, videos, and written content. Audience Growth : Utilize organic and paid methods to grow our social media following, focusing on relevant and engaged audiences, while also expanding our network of influencers. Engagement & Community Management : Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and actively engaging with followers and influencers to build brand loyalty. Analytics & Performance Monitoring : Regularly analyze social media metrics and use data‑driven insights to refine strategies, improve influencer collaborations, and enhance overall performance. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a small team of social media specialists, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Testing & Optimization : Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and conduct ongoing testing to optimize content and influencer campaigns. Revenue Generation : Work with the manager to develop and implement strategies to directly generate revenue through social media channels, including influencer partnerships, e‑commerce, lead generation, and other revenue streams. Influencer Program Growth : Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring they align with our brand and contribute to our growth objectives. Reporting : Create and present regular reports to senior management, showcasing the impact of social media efforts, including influencer collaborations, on key performance indicators and revenue generation. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR relevant experience. Proven track record of successfully managing social media and influencer programs for a rapidly growing company. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision‑making. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through social media channels and influencer partnerships. Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
