The Team Lead will oversee some field marketing operations, lead and coordinate a team of marketers, and develop strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include working with the Field Marketing Manager on planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring team performance, training and mentoring staff, and fostering strong communication between the marketing team and other departments. This role also requires collaborating with sales teams to optimize customer outreach efforts and meet company goals. What You’ll Do: Meet homeowners at events and neighborhoods around MA, and educate them on the Mass Save program Engage in friendly, informative conversations to gather details and qualify leads. Track and record your leads accurately in our system. Achieve goals to increase your earnings and rewards. Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor with every homeowner you meet. Qualifications Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team effectively Excellent Communication skills for seamless collaboration, training, and client interactions Sales experience with proven ability to achieve and exceed targets Marketing knowledge, including campaign strategy, execution, and analysis Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Why Join Us?
