💼 About the Role

You’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding our property management portfolio across South Orange County, CA.

This is a relationship-first, growth-focused role where your success is directly tied to your ability to: build trust, create opportunities, convert and retain clients.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Generate new property management clients (“doors”)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of owner and investor leads
• Develop referral partnerships with: real estate agents, investors, local business networks
• Represent PMI South OC at industry events and in the community
• Maintain consistent follow-up, outreach, and CRM tracking in LeadSimple
• Identify opportunities for portfolio and business acquisitions

💰 Compensation

This is a highly performance-driven, incentive-heavy role designed for top producers.

• Commission-based earnings tied to new business growth
• Additional incentives tied to portfolio expansion and performance
• Quarterly bonus opportunities based on key production metrics
• Monthly draw available to support ramp-up

👉 Strong performers have the ability to quickly build a six-figure+ income stream through consistent production and relationship building.
