
Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming calls; greet and assist walk-in customers
Register individuals for hearings and maintain accurate records
Respond to inquiries regarding case and hearing status
Perform data entry and maintain case management records
Conduct research across multiple databases
Escalate complex issues to supervisors, paralegals, or administrative law judges
Handle administrative tasks including mail processing, faxing, and document preparation
Required Skills Minimum
2+ years of customer service experience High School Diploma or GED Strong typing accuracy and computer proficiency Experience with
