Handle administrative tasks including mail processing, faxing, and document preparation

Required Skills

Minimum

2+ years of customer service experience

High School Diploma or GED

Strong typing accuracy and computer proficiency

Experience with

Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
