The Sales Operations Associate will focus on sales coordination and direct engagement, ensuring that customers are matched with Frontier Internet and TV packages that suit their data and entertainment needs. You’ll oversee the selection process, providing a sales and support experience that maximizes the value of every Frontier subscription. As a Sales Operations Associate , your training covers Frontier's internet speed options, TV bundle customization, whole-home Wi-Fi coverage, and core sales support techniques. The Sales Operations Associate will then engage with customers, offering essential sales and support, helping customers understand plan differences, and complete enrollment. Core Functions of the Sales Operations Associate Deliver quality sales support by guiding customers toward suitable Frontier Internet and TV solutions. Support the sales team with accurate order processing and activation support for Frontier Internet and TV services. Contribute to sales growth by answering customer questions and helping with Frontier Internet and TV recommendations. Maintain efficient order management for Frontier Internet and TV enrollments to improve the customer journey. Complete post-activation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with Frontier Internet and TV services. Work as a Sales Operations Associate by providing consistent sales support that helps meet Frontier sales objectives. Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Operations Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Background in customer support or sales is a plus. Strong knowledge of Internet, TV, or telecommunications concepts is a plus. Track record of supporting high-volume sales interactions while maintaining accuracy. Thrives in sales environments where meeting deadlines and targets is critical.
