Highlight Frontier’s benefits, cloud backups, streaming quality, and multi‑device coverage as everyday solutions that drive sales opportunities. Participate in proactive outreach to confirm satisfaction, resolve questions, and introduce new Frontier offerings that strengthen retention and sales growth. Qualifications of the Junior Customer Experience Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer experience or sales is a plus.
