Lamar's Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is looking for a National Media Operations & Sales Specialist to support Lamar’s National Sales team by managing the operational and analytical aspects of national media campaigns.
This role ensures campaigns move efficiently from proposal through contract while maintaining oversight of deal terms, performance commitments, and reporting. The Specialist collaborates with National Account Executives, local offices, and agency partners, analyzing data to optimize campaign performance and support strategic sales decisions. Success requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for in you:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python/R; able to build models to quantify data and support leadership decisions.
Experience working across multiple systems, including platforms, billing systems, and reporting tools.
Skilled in cleaning, organizing, and analyzing large or inconsistent datasets; able to provide actionable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing contract terms, campaign data, and financial reporting.
Ability to identify trends or discrepancies in data and escalate issues proactively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain findings to leadership and agency partners.
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
0–2 years of professional experience with a focus on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or sports/business data management.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Analytics
Experience in advertising or media (particularly Out-of-Home)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Media Operations, Compliance & Data Management
Synthesize complex data sets and advanced metrics to produce tactical reporting and dashboards that drive national sales strategy and optimization.
Reconcile data between Lamar systems (such as P2 and MOBLI) and agency reporting platforms to ensure information remains aligned.
Use Excel and internal reporting tools to track performance and provide regular updates to National Sales leadership.
Assist in developing and maintaining reporting dashboards that help track national account performance against annual targets.
Work with National Account teams to ensure data used in reporting is gathered and entered consistently.
Strategic Campaign Execution
Assist with developing Out-of-Home campaign proposals using Lamar tools and client platforms such as DOmedia or AdQuick.
Coordinate with National Account Executives and local Lamar offices to confirm inventory availability and pricing.
Help manage the transition from proposal to contract, ensuring timelines, inventory holds, and replacements are handled appropriately.
Experience serving as a cross-functional liaison, managing complex communications and
logistics across multiple stakeholders
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The primary work environment is an office.
The physical demands for this position include light to moderate lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading), sitting more than 50% of the time, talking, and walking.
Nights spent traveling, away from home, are less than 10%.
