Leasing Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in the North Seattle area in hiring a Leasing Assistant for one of their properties near the Shoreline neighborhood. This position will be a full-time, contract-to-hire, and 100% onsite opportunity for our client. This position will be focused on being a resource for tenants and external vendors and will be expected to assist with general inquiries, billing issues, maintenance requests, and any other requests from tenants. This individual will be the liaison in any property maintenance and will assess and schedule accordingly. Interested individuals must feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to multitask throughout the day. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years administrative experience, property management or leasing experience strongly desired Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation Ability to work well in multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone Pay Details: $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
