PS is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to support our mission of redefining the way the world travels. In this role, you will contribute to delivering a seamless, elevated, and highly personalized airport experience through operational excellence, strong service instincts, and attention to detail. Reports to: Director of Hospitality Location: PS LAX (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (will include weekends/holidays
on-traditional shifts) This role is 100% onsite at PS Location, with a 5-day per week schedule based on operational needs. It will not be a traditional Monday to Friday schedule, as PS operates a 24/7 facility to meet our business. Responsibilities & Expectations
This role is the expert in researching and knowing our travelers to be able to define celebratory moments in alignment with our brand They will use multiple resources to remain the pillar of knowledge regarding our travelers to help celebrate important milestones and keep their profiles up to date Responsible for researching events, holidays, award shows, etc throughout the year and differentiate information that is relevant to our travelers and operation Create and develop quarterly Surprise & Delight planning across all terminals Utilize information discovered to create on-brand ideas for celebratory Daily creation of the Daily Focus Report for onsite teams Responsible purchasing and inventory management of Surprise & Delight inventory Daily inspection of Surprise & Delight setups in Suites Effectively communicate Surprise & Delight planning to terminal teams Complete new member outreach, receive information from the outreach and update member profiles accordingly Create and maintain vendor relationships with vetted, trusted and approved vendors Must be capable of developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the role/department. Requirements / Qualification
Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field 4+ years of experience in Hospitality or Customer Experience role Strong written and verbal skills
subject to additional timed assessment of these skills Must be proficient in Microsoft systems (Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work onsite in a 24/7 operational environment Experienced in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related leadership role preferred Experience working with high end clients in a luxury hospitality setting required Ability to lift up to 20 lbs This is a full-time Non-Exempt role in CA: $31.00 with overtime opportunities PS is an equal-opportunity employer.
