Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center) Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Customer Service Representative* to support a fast-paced call center environment. This role is primarily focused on handling inbound calls with occasional follow-up outbound calls. Representatives will respond to customer inquiries related to prior authorizations, general account questions, and confidential information while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Performance is measured on *quality and accuracy*, with call volume typically ranging from *50-100 calls per day*, depending on call complexity.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume inbound calls and complete required follow-up calls
* Answer questions related to prior authorizations and general customer inquiries
* Accurately enter and update customer information in multiple systems
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards
* Provide high-quality customer service with strong attention to detail
* Utilize multiple programs and tools to track interactions and document outcomes

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
