Job Summary for Marketing Specialist - B2B Design-Focused (hybrid in Milwaukee, WI) The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the design and production of B2B marketing materials across print and digital channels, in support of integrated marketing campaigns. This position requires demonstrated hands‑on proficiency in graphic design and marketing asset production, combined with an understanding of B2B campaign execution. The role reports to the Marketing Manager to support strategic business objectives. This position is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Manager in collaboration in executing targeted go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for the business portfolio, covering market assessments, brand strategy, segmentation, and programs to drive lead generation, upsell, cross‑sell, and retention.

Independently design and produce production‑ready marketing assets across print and digital including brochures, sell sheets, trade show booth graphics, and event displays.

Maintain and evolve brand visual systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.

Support motion graphics and short‑form video assets to support digital campaigns and social channels.

Build, deploy, and monitor email campaigns and marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or Pardot.

Track and report on campaign and creative performance using Google Analytics and reporting dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Stay current on B2B marketing trends, design best practices, and industry developments in the manufacturing and industrial space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Visual Communications, or related field.

4-6 years of B2B marketing experience to include an understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.

Working knowledge of the buyer's journey, customer lifecycle, design best practices, and other social media and internet marketing best practices.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools to evaluate creative and campaign performance.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency across all deliverables.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environment.

Motion graphics or video production experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.

Experience designing for trade show and event environments (large‑format print, booth displays).

Marketing‑related certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) and Master's degree or progress toward a Master's degree.
