Location:

Dallas, TX or Dana Point, CA (Remote considered for top performers)

Compensation:

$60,000–$90,000 base + Uncapped Commissions

About the Role This is a true hunter sales role focused on building new business within the insurance and legal markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and play a direct role in driving revenue growth. What You’ll Do

Drive new business development for contract staffing solutions

Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, consult on talent insights, close

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across insurance and legal organizations

Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-impact talent solutions

Consistently exceed revenue and placement goals

Act as a strategic advisor to clients, not just a vendor

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in B2B service sales (staffing, insurance, or legal strongly preferred)

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Highly self-motivated with a true hunter mentality

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
