
OEM Sales Manager

A global industrial and powertrain organization is seeking a
OEM Sales Manager
to lead
OEM growth strategy and key account development
across North America. This role is highly strategic and focused on expanding market share, strengthening OEM partnerships, and driving long‑term revenue and profitability.
This is a high travel role with a hybrid component when not traveling.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute a
long-term OEM sales and business development strategy
Build direct relationships with
OEM customers and senior decision‑makers
Lead engagement with
top rental companies
to achieve approved supplier status
Drive
annual revenue, margin, and market share targets
Manage and grow
key OEM accounts , with the opportunity to build a regional KAM structure
Gather and analyze
market and competitive intelligence
to influence sales strategy
Support
new product and engine launches
in collaboration with global teams
Establish strategic industry partnerships to increase
brand visibility and adoption
Partner cross‑functionally with
Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Aftermarket
Manage regional budgets and contribute to overall sales planning
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
10+ years of sales leadership experience , with strong OEM exposure
Background in
industrial, powertrain, construction, power generation, or rental markets
Proven success driving
OEM revenue growth and strategic partnerships
Experience working in a
global, matrixed organization
Self‑starter with strong
commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills
Willingness to travel
up to 50% (domestic, with limited global exposure)
Work Schedule Travel/Hybrid/ up to 3 days a week on site
