Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager for our Buyer Protection Services, you will play a key role in shaping the long‑term vision and driving continuous evolution of our buyer‑protection system. You will lead initiatives that make this system indispensable to millions of users, creating experiences they love and trust. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that every product decision delivers real value to users while achieving a measurable business impact.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with responsibility for launching new products or business‑critical features (ideally in SaaS, financial services or insurance‑related products)
Strong strategic thinking, combined with the ability to execute and deliver value step by step
Strategic, outcome‑oriented mindset: you think beyond features and connect your decisions directly to business value, customer needs, and company goals
Consumer‑centric foundation: you continuously seek out and amplify the voice of the consumer, ensuring user needs remain central to every decision
Growth mindset at heart: you are motivated by growth, not by preserving the status quo. You use data, insights, and bold decision‑making to create momentum and scale
Ideally, an understanding of financial / insurance environments and their technical, functional, data and compliance‑related challenges
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Comfort with ambiguity and change: you thrive in environments where not everything is defined yet
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), and stakeholder management skills in a cross‑functional, international environment, ideally including stakeholders from finance, operations, or risk management departments
Experience in working with Customer Service and Subscription Management tools and systems is a plus
