About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Overseas Marketing Specialist to spearhead our North American market entry for our data center server power supply division. This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO. The right candidate will be the founding force behind our North American client base and local market team.
What You'll Do
Lead sales business development across designated North American markets and meet individual and team sales targets aligned with market planning
Proactively identify and develop new clients, building and sustaining long-term cooperative relationships with overseas customers
Conduct in-depth research on market demand and the competitive landscape to support product optimization and expansion strategy
Coordinate internal resources and liaise with the delivery center to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment of overseas orders
Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategic decision‑making at the leadership level
Represent the company at industry trade shows, product exhibitions, and overseas promotional events to generate new business opportunities
Leverage international trade platforms including Alibaba International Station, Google, LinkedIn, independent website SEO, and paid social media to drive pipeline and close transactions
What You Bring Required
Bachelor's degree or above; preference for majors in power electronics, electrical automation, or electronic engineering
Valid US work authorization; must be Bay Area‑based
5+ years of experience in client development, project management, and relationship maintenance specifically within the North American market — with a strong focus on Bay Area tech enterprises and data center operators
Background in AIDC (AI Intelligent Computing Center), IDC data center, or power electronics industries
Familiarity with technical characteristics and market dynamics of AIDC power products including high‑density power supplies, redundant power supplies, and UPS systems
Existing relationships or access to procurement and infrastructure contacts at major tech enterprises operating large‑scale data centers
Bilingual: Native‑level Mandarin Chinese and fluent English required — this role involves direct coordination across Asia‑Pacific markets including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao
Willingness to travel regularly to domestic headquarters and international markets across Asia‑Pacific
Preferred
Prior experience at a leading AIDC power supply or IDC industry company
Experience building a market or team from the ground up
Personal Profile You're a self‑starter — positive, resilient, and entrepreneurial. You can independently conduct international business negotiations, communicate preliminary technical solutions, and lead a small team toward aggressive market development goals.
