This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in NYC.

Responsibilities Lead Strategic Client Workstreams:

Manage day-to-day activities for Brand Reputation clients, serving as the key partner to senior stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that enhance brand trust and thought leadership. Develop Integrated Communications Programs:

Create forward-thinking, data-driven strategies that blend media relations, thought leadership, brand reputation audits, peer assessments, and cross-platform storytelling to elevate clients as industry leaders. Drive Collaborative Ideation:

Lead and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to spark innovative ideas that align with emerging cultural movements and reinforce client brand narratives. Build Integrated Communications Strategies:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling narratives that influence perception and position clients as reputable, forward-thinking brands. Present Strategic Counsel to Stakeholders:

Provide insightful recommendations and updates to internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and cultivating long-term relationships. Cultivate Thought Leadership Opportunities:

Establish strong relationships with influential media, event organizers, and conference platforms to position clients as authoritative voices in their sectors. Harness Cultural Trends for Impactful Storytelling:

Monitor societal and industry trends to identify proactive storytelling opportunities and build innovative, earned-first campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Demonstrate Strong Writing and Storytelling Expertise:

Craft high-quality thought leadership content, including bylines, op-eds, keynote messages, and media materials that elevate client voices and amplify their influence. Mentor Emerging Talent:

Guide and oversee junior team members to ensure they deliver exceptional work while fostering their professional growth through hands-on mentorship. Inspire Innovation and Experimentation:

Constantly seek fresh thinking and cultural insights that push boundaries, exploring new communications approaches to unlock opportunities for clients across thought leadership and reputation-building platforms. Qualifications

Experience working on large brands on brand reputation, corporate communications, and thought leadership initiatives 3-4 years experience in PR and communications (executive and corporate social experience is a plus) Experience with the below:

Successfully developing media and thought leadership strategies, identifying story angles, developing press materials and securing top tier coverage for clients Managing multiple short- and long-term programs and deliverables simultaneously Engaging mid- to senior-level clients Mentoring junior team members

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
