Sunday-Saturday; 6am CST-10pm CST (need to be open for a 40 hour work week)

Position Summary

The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.

Take inbound calls and may place outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling; will be scored on % of leads per call and booking the next appointment for a technician to come out for an inspection.

Specialists will take 80‑100 calls a day.

Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. Fully remote.

Pay & Benefits Pay Range:

$15.00 – $15.00/hr.
