Job Title: Director of Product & Commerce
Overview We’re hiring a Director of Product & Commerce to own how our products come to market and generate revenue across DTC, retail, and partnerships. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product, partnerships, and commerce, responsible for structuring deals, managing key relationships, and driving performance across our website and external channels.
What You’ll Own Product Commercialization
Own how products are brought to market across all channels
Shape product assortment and positioning in partnership with internal teams
Translate partnerships and opportunities into tangible, sellable products
DTC & Website (End-to-End)
Own performance of our ecommerce channel (site + merch)
Manage product assortment, merchandising, and partner integrations
Drive key metrics: revenue, conversion, AOV, and product performance
Partnerships & Deal-Making
Source, structure, and execute:
Licensing deals
Retail partnerships
Product collaborations
Select equity‑based opportunities
Lead negotiations and ensure deals align with brand and revenue goals
Partner Management
Own relationships with key partners post‑deal
Ensure strong execution across retail, licensing, and collaborations
Identify opportunities to expand and deepen partnerships
Revenue Ownership
Drive revenue across DTC and partner channels
Continuously optimize channel mix and product performance
Identify new monetization opportunities tied to product and distribution
Who You Are
8–12+ years experience in consumer, brand, media, or ecommerce businesses
Experience across both partnerships/deals AND DTC/ecommerce
Strong track record in one or more of:
Licensing or brand collaborations
Retail distribution partnerships
Ecommerce / merchandising / DTC operations
Commercially minded — you think in terms of:
Revenue, margins, and product performance
Not just strategy or relationship‑building
Comfortable operating across:
External deal‑making
Internal product and merchandising decisions
Able to move between:
Strategic thinking
Hands‑on execution
Salary $175,000
