Role Description This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role as a Wedding Venue Sales Specialist, based in Tomball, TX, with the flexibility to work remotely for specific tasks. The role involves handling client inquiries, conducting venue tours, negotiating contracts, improving workflows and securing bookings. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with potential clients, coordinating with the events team, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure a positive experience

Proven experience in Sales and ability to meet booking targets

Skills in Sales Management and Training to guide clients through the booking process and maintain an organized workflow

Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Experience in the events or hospitality industry is advantageous

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates having a background in business or marketing
