
Wholesale Sales Executive - EMEA

CAMILLA is searching for a driven, strategic and commercially-minded EMEA Sales Executive to join our Wholesale Tribe and help us colour the world across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Sitting at the heart of our global expansion, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in international sales, builds exceptional relationships, and balances creativity with strong commercial acumen. You’ll partner closely with our President, Sales Director – EMEA and our Global Wholesale & Partnerships team to deliver revenue, growth and brand presence across key markets.
We are open to this role being based in either our Sydney Head Office or New York Showroom, depending on the successful candidate’s working rights or visa eligibility.

What you’ll be doing…
Deliver revenue, GP and category targets across the EMEA region.
Develop and execute a robust EMEA sales and growth strategy aligned with global expansion goals.
Build seasonal revenue and GP plans across territories and accounts, partnering with Sales Director – EMEA and Global Wholesale Operations.
Analyse market insight, customer behaviour, sell-through, range performance, margin and delivery data to drive informed decision‑making.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion pathways, with a strong focus on RTW category growth.
Manage wholesale accounts and distribution partners, ensuring strong brand alignment, financial performance and exceptional customer experience.
Provide world‑class pre‑market, campaign, and post‑sales service, with proactive communication to enhance customer outcomes.
Develop after‑sales strategies to support sell‑through (VM, sales support, product knowledge, digital and PR opportunities).
Negotiate terms and contracts in partnership with Senior Leadership, ensuring sustainable and favourable commercial outcomes.
Clearly articulate the CAMILLA target customer across all markets, ensuring brand integrity and alignment in every wholesale environment.
Engage retailers in pre‑line feedback cycles to support accurate design, production and buying decisions.
Champion accurate data entry, adherence to critical path timelines and strong collaboration across Design, Production, Planning and Logistics.
Lead end‑of‑season reporting for EMEA to inform future product, buying, and marketing strategies.
Coordinate wholesale collateral, samples and operational needs across the region.
What you'll bring…
2+ years in international account sales (fashion, luxury or retail experience strongly preferred).
Experience working with global wholesale partners and/or multi‑region account management.
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience delivering revenue and GP targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing ability.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
Confident working with data, insights and financial inputs.
A collaborative, solutions‑focused and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
A positive, credible presence and the ability to build trust quickly with partners across diverse cultures and markets.
Ability and flexibility to travel internationally to our showrooms, quarterly.
