About the Role Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the execution of brand programs and customer‑facing experiences that strengthen connection with the aviation community. This role helps bring the brand to life across campaigns, events, influencer partnerships, and merchandise, ensuring a cohesive, high‑impact presence that supports business and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and in‑person channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and go‑to‑market strategies.
Coordinate influencer and content creator partnerships, including outreach, contracts, onboarding, content planning, and performance tracking.
Assist in managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Plan and execute events, community meetups, and experiential brand activations, including managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and production.
Partner with go‑to‑market and regional teams to deliver activations aligned to launches and market‑specific goals.
Curate and oversee the company’s internal and external online stores, including apparel and merchandise programs.
Oversee swag and apparel requests from internal teams, including intake, vendor coordination, design coordination, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment.
Maintain product catalogs, listings, pricing, and availability while ensuring brand consistency across all merchandise.
Support eCommerce performance by assisting with promotions, merchandising strategies, and platform optimization (BigCommerce).
Track and analyze key metrics (campaign performance, traffic, conversion) to inform data‑driven decisions.
Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure all brand touchpoints are cohesive and on‑brand, and provide general support across brand initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, events, campaign coordination, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience with events, merchandise, or eCommerce programs; influencer management is a plus.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, or regional teams.
Working knowledge of digital marketing (social, SEO, campaigns) and analytics tools.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
Passion for aviation is a must.
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
70,000–90,000 USD.
