Responsibilities
Develop scroll‑stopping hooks and headlines that capture the attention of senior decision‑makers with memorable and persuasive messaging.
Write high‑impact copy for paid media, email, and SMS that targets corporate buyers, including CHROs, HR leaders, and executives.
Craft funnel‑driven messaging that moves buyers from interest to action at every stage of the funnel.
Translate complex offerings, frameworks, and enterprise solutions into clear business outcomes such as growth, efficiency, and risk reduction.
Align copy with strategic priorities and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Create measurable growth in the sales pipeline and total revenue by developing new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Deep knowledge of behavioural psychology concepts, including urgency, social proof, and loss aversion.
Understanding of how corporate buyers evaluate brand success and correlate that to ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressively complex experience writing performance‑driven copy for B2B or enterprise audiences.
High proficiency in using AI tools to speed up workflows and improve work quality.
Entrepreneurial spirit and habit of taking initiative to develop new ideas and solutions.
