Business Development Lead
to support expansion across the US construction technology market. This is a
founding sales hire
with a high degree of autonomy, suited to someone with strong industry relationships, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to open and close complex deals. Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and developing long-term client relationships within the US construction technology ecosystem. Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities Identify and engage prospective clients within the construction and built environment sector Leverage networks to generate warm introductions and accelerate deal flow Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial engagement through to close Work closely with technical and presales teams on proposals and solution scoping Negotiate and manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships Represent the business at industry events and conferences Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within AEC, construction technology, BIM, or related sectors Must have experience selling BIM professional services Strong understanding of US construction workflows and procurement processes Experience selling technical, engineering-led, or software-based solutions Proven ability to generate pipeline and close enterprise deals Confident in consultative, solution-based selling Experience working with global or distributed teams is beneficial Why Apply
