Asset Management Reporting & Analytics Leader This role leads the design and delivery of reporting and analytics for Asset Management, including Power BI dashboards, portfolio analytics, operational reporting and executive performance metrics. This position owns the reporting strategy and analytics roadmap to enable effective investment decision-making, strengthen portfolio monitoring and risk management, and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with the Enterprise Data Management Team, this role establishes reporting standards, data governance, KPI definitions and scalable reporting for Asset Management that integrates data from portfolio management systems, accounting platforms and data warehouses. The position provides strong analytical and technical expertise and an understanding of business objectives to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of key performance metrics, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve results and streamline execution for the business unit in the delivery of services to our clients. Responsibilities Lead design and delivery of asset management reporting and analytics (Power BI dashboards, portfolio analytics, operational reporting, executive metrics). Define and implement the reporting strategy and analytics roadmap to support investment decisions, portfolio monitoring, risk management, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management to establish reporting standards, data governance, and KPI definitions; ensure data from portfolio management systems, accounting platforms, and data warehouses is integrated and accurate. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders; monitor key performance metrics and propose data-driven enhancements. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports in a fast-paced environment; manage data quality controls and validation processes. Support process improvements and automation to streamline the delivery of analytics for asset management.
