Commercial Sales Coordinator - HVAC Products | Carrier Enterprise | Syracuse, New York This position is currently hybrid - working in the office 3 days a week, 2 days at home. Pay rate: $20/hr - $28/hr. Job Summary
To supply support to Commercial Sales, and sales in general with processing but not limited to all aspects of order entry, e.g., sending POs to all manufacturers. Work with manufacturers to ensure orders are placed and shipped in a timely manner. Update sales and customers with order acknowledgments, POs, and other information pertaining to the specific job/order. Collaborate with CE departments and manufacturers to ensure orders are placed and billed correctly. Keep all paperwork pertaining to jobs over 50k secured for post-project retrieval. Perform order entry and engage in order/project management for Commercial Sales. Provide post-sales support to internal and external customers. Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites for commercial equipment. Coordinate with other departments, manufacturers, and customers to ensure accurate processing of open PO orders based on project timelines. Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing prompt and courteous service. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years' experience. AA/AS degree with 2 years' experience preferred. Benefits
