Enterprise Account Manager

Position Summary The Enterprise Account Manager owns post‑sale growth and retention, driving expansion and renewals within complex accounts by embedding Mosai as a strategic platform.

Job Duties

Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Enterprise accounts

Drive cross‑sell opportunities across Mosai solutions

Develop and execute multi‑year account plans and growth strategy

Maintain and expand executive relationships

Identify and drive large‑scale expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting within existing Mosai accounts

Lead value‑based renewals and negotiations

Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption

Coordinate with Clinical Services and other internal roles to drive customer adoption and satisfaction

All other job‑related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

5‑10+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries

Experience managing high‑volume account portfolios

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Experience selling into home‑based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred

Strong financial and value‑based selling skills

Strong communication skills

Consistent quota attainment

Work Environment

This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.

Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.

This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in‑office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
